Forest Festival

A colourful and entertaining programme on the theme of forests provides insights into forestry, sustainability and nature conservation: our Forest Festival takes place every two years at the Leupoldishain Forest Experience Centre, alternating with our Sellnitz Festival at Lilienstein.

The Forest Experience Centre, with its versatile outdoor area and light-flooded building, opens its doors for the Forest Festival and invites young and old alike to explore, participate and marvel at the various activity stands. The idyllic location in front of the panorama of Königstein Fortress, Lilienstein, Pfaffenstein and Quirl is a highlight for everyone.

The participation of our network partners from the national park region completes a wonderful festival for the whole family with regional food, music and small cultural contributions.
