Festivals and markets

We organise three educational festivals and a nature market each year for people in the region as well as day visitors and tourists. In April, everything revolves around wool and sheep farming, in summer the focus is on nature education, alternating between the Sellnitz educational centre and the Forest Experience Centre, and in autumn we devote ourselves entirely to apples and the associated orchards in the region. In addition, our nature market takes place in late summer, where regional producers present and sell their products.
