Forestry work in Brand area

In the Brand area near Hohnstein, forestry work is taking place from 24 November until 19 December 2025. For safety reasons, some trails have to be closed. From 24 November until 5 December, this will be the Schneise 15 between Neuweg and Brandstraße, from 8 December until 19 December the Räumigtweg between Neuweg and Brandstraße. The diversion route is indicated in the interactive map and leads via Räumigtweg for the first part of the closure, then via Schneise 15 for the second part of the closure. Diversions will be signposted on site as well.
